If Zack Snyder’s BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE didn’t quite quench your thirst when it comes to all things Batman (if you ask me, Affleck’s Batman was clearly the best part of that film), then you’ll be happy to know that THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE is just 10 months out. Will Arnett, who also voiced the Dark Knight in THE LEGO MOVIE, will return in what looks to be a vibrant visual feast topped off by a hilarious (and appropriately dry) sense of humor.
Warner Brothers recently dropped not one, but two teaser trailers and while they’re both pretty great, I think I prefer the second. Have a look and you be the judge.
SYNOPSIS:
“In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure: “The LEGO® Batman Movie.” But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.”
