MORE “EPISODE VII” RUMORS (SPOILERS, SPOILERS, SPOILERS!)

Curiosity killed the cat! I’m not a fan of spoilers but I’m addicted to them. You can’t hold a headline in front of my face that reads; “GUESS WHO ELSE IS BACK IN EPISODE VII AND EPISODE VIII?” and expect me to not click! But that’s exactly what Latino Review did, and guess what? I CLICKED!!
Firstly, it should be noted that Latino Review has great sources. They definitely hit it on the nose more often than not. Just yesterday, they dropped some really interesting news regarding EPISODE VII. If you want to hear what it is, continue reading. Ok, so here it is. Latino Review reports that while we will see a few new villains in EPISODE VII, we’ll also see the return of the biggest of the bad. Who might that be?
HOW ABOUT THE EMPEROR HIMSELF?!!
“Adam, you’re not referring to the same Emperor who was thrown to his death at the end of RETURN OF THE JEDI, are you?”
Yes, that Emperor.
Again, this is strictly a rumor as is everything else regarding characters and plot points in EPISODE VII but several news outlets have run with this story.
If true, the question remains, in what form will the Emperor make an appearance? Will he be in ghost form? Will he be rebuilt with robotic parts (ala Darth Vader)? Or might he simply appear in a flashback? Word on the street is that EPISODE VII will incorporate flashback sequences for the first time in the saga, so it is quite possible that if the Emperor is in fact in the movie, he might appear by way of images from the past.
What’s more, who might be playing the Emperor? Allegedly, Ian Mcdarmid will not reprise the role, but then again, we don’t know that for sure either.
Again, we don’t really know anything, but it sure is fun to guess, isn’t it? All these theories and rumors are part of the excitement, and while no one wants big surprises ruined for them beforehand, it won’t really matter if the movie kicks ass! And I have a feeling that EPISODE VII is going to kick a whole lot of ass!
