LLOYD THE COMIC GURU ON DOCTOR STRANGE IMAX TRAILER AND SCREENING

So, I just watched the new DOCTOR STRANGE trailer! HOW MANY WATCHES DOES HE HAVE? Haha I mean seriously, I got all giddy just over that! Although, if I had that kind of cash, that’s what I’d be spending my money on…copious amounts of wrist accessories…and Sushi…but mainly the wrist bling.
The new tv spot looks really good! Some new visuals of what the mystical arts look like in the MCU and some added humor between Kaecilius and Strange: “Mr…? Doctor! Mr.Doctor? ….It’s Strange!… maybe? who am I to judge?” I do love how well the MCU weaves humor into their work. This part of the trailer doesn’t look like Strange is the Sorcerer supreme quite yet. Maybe it’s an initial showdown between the two? I’m a firm believer of multiple instances between the antagonist and protagonist hashing it out, with a big old fight at the end.
Kevin Feige recently confirmed there will be an Infinity Stone in this movie. As I’ve claimed before, I’m really excited for this, but having it confirmed I am excited to see how it will be portrayed in the movie. I fully expect this to be the time stone, as I stated before.
Something I am really excited for is October 11th. Some of you may know that there is a special screening of the first 15 minutes of DOCTOR STRANGE in select theatres in Imax. The event is put on by SEEITFIRST.NET. Head on over there to see if there are any additional tickets left. I MANAGED TO SECURE TWO TICKETS! Now, this is not set in stone, I still have to get there ridiculously early for the actual tickets. It’s like I got tickets, to hopefully get tickets, but nonetheless, it’s gonna be sweet!
