SOUTHERN UTAH’S LARGEST HALLOWEEN MOVIE PARTY RETURNS ON OCTOBER 28TH AND YOU CAN BUY TICKETS HERE!
Article by Adam Mast
Attention Horror-Fest fans! Southern Utah’s largest Halloween-inspired movie party takes place on Saturday, October 28th at The Electric Theater in St. George, UT. This spine-tingling, day long event will include an epic horror movie marathon and a costume contest but the centerpiece of the event will be “The Guerilla Shorts Showcase.”
“The Guerilla Shorts Showcase” is the end result of a recent filmmaking challenge that attracted over 25 local filmmaking teams. Each team had a limited amount of time to put together a 5 minute short using the theme “Phobia” and the dialogue line “Face your fears.” Come on out and see these creative (and immensely entertaining) films on the big screen. Attendees are also encouraged to get in on the action by casting a vote for their favorite short film.
Again though, the ghoulish proceedings don’t end there. “The Guerilla Shorts Showcase” will be sandwiched in between a horror movie marathon sure to appeal to anyone with an appetite for all things Halloween. As for the horror film titles, you’ll have to wait just a little bit longer to find out what they are because the entire “Horror-Fest” lineup won’t be announced until–you guessed it– Friday, October 13th!
That said, tickets are currently on sale and if you purchase them between now and October 12th, you can save yourself a little money.
Presale costs are as follows;
$6 per person for The Guerilla Shorts Showcase.
$9 for an All-Access Fright Pass–Includes The Guerilla Shorts Showcase and an all day horror movie marathon.
Additionally, the first 50 attendees who purchase an All-Access Fright Pass in advance will receive a special goodie bag at the event so don’t wait. Buy your All-Access Fright Pass now!
