Each year, CinemaCon closes out the festivities with their own take on an awards show. As fate would have it, we were invited to an intimate pre-awards conference where members of the press were able to ask award recipients a handful of questions. Familiar faces like Jesse Eisenberg, Bryce Dallas Howard, Anna Kendrick, Dave Franco, Zac Efron, and Brent Spiner graced the room, but it was a jovial Jeff Goldbum (he and Spiner should do a nightclub act) and a thoughtful Nate Parker (I could listen to the eloquent BIRTH OF A NATION director talk for hours) who won the day.
